Brandon Miller using all qualifications and licenses of both Millermark Realty and Millermark Construction has completed countless due diligence packages for investors and banks. Investors have come to rely on these reports to determine if they proceed with the purchase of the asset and whether or not to ask for concessions or discounts at closing. These reports and their process can range from a 20-page report which takes usually 3 days up to a 150+ page report which takes over two weeks.
